We offer FREE DELIVERY on all of our mattresses and divan bed sets if ordered before 12pm. Of course, you can choose a specific delivery day instead and select a quick mattress delivery to suit your schedule at checkout. Once we get the order, and process it we will shoot it over to our delivery team who will text you the evening before giving you a two hour window for delivery. We deliver every day of the week although there is a £10 surcharge for Saturday and Sunday deliveries. And We offer free delivery right into your room. (All divan bed sets are self assembly)
If you live in the far South West of England or the North of Scotland, there can be certain days when we cannot offer next day service, if you would like to know if this affects you, then please get in touch.
Upon delivery single items will be delivered by one man whereas anything above will be delivered by a two man team to your room of choice.

Yes. We offer free delivery (Mon-Fri) and Sat/Sun for an additional £10 at checkout
We can request the driver to call you prior to delivery. Please make use of the delivery instructions during checkout to request this. As well as adding other details that will help the driver during delivery.
Yes, we offer a disposal service and you can add this service in the checkout process. We can only dispose of mattresses so if you are buying a new mattress, we can then dispose of your old mattress. We cannot dispose of bed frames or divans or if your item is soiled. Our drivers have the right to refuse disposal if they feel the item is soiled.
Our disposal service costs £35.00 per item and is only available with our bedroom delivery service.
We only accept returns within 14 days from delivery date and are still brand new in original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly has not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.
You may return the items through your own specified courier or we can get these collected using our own courier at the charges that are listed in our Terms and Conditions. The customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery before signing for them. We regret that we can not be liable for damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked by the customer.
If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing.

No. We use a dedicated white glove furniture carrier and they offer a time slot of two hours you will be contacted the evening before by text.
